主讲人简介：

佘卓霖，清华大学经济管理学院领导力与组织管理系博士生，美国华盛顿大学（西雅图）联合培养博士生。国内导师为杨斌教授和杨百寅教授，国外导师为陈晓萍教授。主要研究兴趣包括领导力及职业生涯管理。研究成果发表于Journal of Vocational Behavior，Human Resource Development Quarterly，Journal of Managerial Psychology，《管理学报》，《科学学与科学技术管理》等国内外主流管理学术期刊。博士在读期间，连续四年获得研究生国家奖学金，并获得清华大学优秀学生干部、清华大学优秀德育工作助理等系列荣誉。

讲座内容：

Drawing from Dominance Complementarity Theory, this study proposed and empirically tested the impact of pairing narcissistic leaders with narcissistic followers on followers’ performance-quality. Hierarchical linear modeling results from a multisource, time-lagged (three-wave) survey supported our hypotheses. Implications for how to effectively manage narcissists (followers as well as leaders) in organizations are discussed.
